| Managed
Firewall Service |
We
monitor firewalls 24 hours a day,
seven days a week from our SOC (security
operating center) in Atlanta, GA.
We are notified immediately of any
security or connectivity issues, and
take appropriate action.
The most visible component of this
Managed Firewall Service is the reporting.
Every month, the customer receives
a comprehensive, easy-to-read report
that documents all network activity.
This service is beneficial for customers
that do not have in-house firewall
administrators. In addition, it is
very cost effective. |
| Remote
Access VPN Setup |
| Virtual
private networks (VPNs) connect branch
offices and remote users by utilizing
a shared or public network, such as
the Internet, while providing the
same security and availability as
a private network. Because VPNs use
the internet, costs are less expensive
and deployment is faster than traditional
private networks. We install and configure
both branch and remote user VPNs.
Here's a list of VPN products that
we presently install and configure
for our clients: |
 |
Fortinet Fortigate Firewalls
|
 |
Check Point VPN-1 |
 |
SonicWall/Aventail Appliances |
 |
Cisco PIX/ASA Appliances |
 |
Juniper/Netscreen Appliances |
 |
Watchguard Firebox Appliances |

| Network
Penetration Testing |
Network
Penetration Testing is a service where,
with client written approval, we simulate
realistic hacker attacks. We use a
combination of hacker tools and techniques
to penetrate client systems and networks.
This service is designed to identify
actual client weaknesses and vulnerabilities.
This service may be performed remotely
and at the client site.
Network Penetration Testing is different
from an audit because audits are taken
from the "internal perspective". Network
Penetration Testing is taken from
the "hacker perspective" (from the
internet, etc.). Network Penetration
Testing is usually done after a client
has carefully and skillfully secured
the network or system.
We provide a detailed report explaining
all vulnerabilities found and our
recommendations on how to protect
against them. |
| Intrusion
Prevention Setup & Configuration |
| Intrusion
Detection involves setting up automated
traps on networks and systems to help
instantly detect intruder activity.
This service not only gives you a
greater sense of security, it gives
you a more detailed understanding
of what's happening on your network.
Customers must remember that although
Intrusion Detection helps you understand
what's happening on your network and
systems, it is not a complete security
solution. This is because it is designed
to detect intruders that attempt to
exploit past and present security
holes. An intruders could get past
a trap, if it is not up-to-date. Intrusion
Detection Systems must always be updated
to the latest security holes. They
are a "must have" in today's networks. |
NOTE:
This service requires that we thoroughly
analyze your network and network designs.
We provide a detailed report on how
to manage the traps and what to do
if an intruder enters or attempts
to penetrate your network. |
